Hansheng OEM/ODM ABS plastic housing,ABS plastic housing is a versatile, cost-effective choice for diverse industries, ideal for small to medium electronic and mechanical components due to its high impact resistance, good formability and insulation. It’s widely used in consumer electronics (Bluetooth earphone charging cases, USB drive shells, mini speaker housings), industrial control (PCB module enclosures, sensor casings, mini junction boxes) and smart home (wireless switch shells, temperature and humidity sensor housings). Also applied in automotive electronics (car USB charger shells, on-board sensor enclosures), IoT/security (mini camera housings, ZigBee module cases), medical devices (glucometer accessory shells) and toys (electric toy motor casings). It’s the most common option for custom enclosures with snap-on design, drilling and logo laser engraving.
