Hansheng OEM/ODM EPDM extrusion strip,they are widely used for sealing. They work as weatherstripping in doors/windows (blocking wind, water), automotive seals (door, trunk, hood gaps), HVAC duct joints (preventing air leakage), industrial machinery (sealing enclosures from dust/moisture), and even in appliances (refrigerators, washing machines) for tight, durable seals, thanks to their weather and temperature resistance.
Through the years, we have expanded our customer base significantly for extrusion strip to include a diverse customer base spread over many diverse markets.
We manufacturer extrusion seal strip have the capacities to compound our own rubber material and produce all of our own tooling in-house, providing for total quality control of our parts. We produce our products using compression, injection or transfer moulding techniques depending on the type of parts. With full control over material compounding and tooling, we are able to respond very rapidly to new tooling, first article parts and ultimately new production parts.

Q 1. What's the payment term?
A: We accept T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance against copy of B/L or L/C at sight, West Union, VISA, Paypal is also accepted.
Q 2. What is the normal lead time for product orders?
A: Average lead times for prototype / first article are 1-2 weeks, if tooling is involved, lead time for production tooling is 10
days, average production time after sample approval is 2-3 weeks.
Q 3. What is your standard packing?
A: All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
Q 4. Could you please tell us the month capacity of your products?
A: lt depends on which model, we produce more than 2500 tons rubber materials per month.
