Hansheng OEM/ODM rubber extrusion strip,EPDM extruded strips for car windows leverage EPDM’s outstanding weather resistance, elasticity, and wear durability, tailored to car window sealing and protection needs. Key roles:
1.Seal gaps between window glass and door frames, blocking rainwater, dust, and external wind to reduce driving wind noise.
2.Act as a buffer in window lift systems, minimizing friction between glass and metal rails during elevation/lowering, and reducing abnormal noise.
3.Withstand -40℃ to 150℃ extreme temperatures and UV radiation, avoiding hardening, cracking, or aging from long-term sun/rain exposure.
4.Enhance partial thermal insulation, helping maintain in-car temperature stability. They ensure long-term reliable performance for car windows.

We manufacturer rubber products have the capacities to compound our own rubber material and produce all of our own tooling in-house, providing for total quality control of our parts. We produce our products using compression, injection or transfer moulding techniques depending on the type of parts. With full control over material compounding and tooling, we are able to respond very rapidly to new tooling, first article parts and ultimately new production parts.
